These Terms and the Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies explain use of the store and orders. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights. You must be an adult of legal contracting age to place an order.
2. $0.00 PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND REQUIRED S&H
All promotional item prices are $0.00 in USD. Orders require a separate Shipping & Handling payment calculated by total cart weight, plus applicable tax disclosed at checkout. The current tiers for deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada (all prices in USD) are $6.95 (0–0.15 lb), $8.95 (0.16–0.25 lb), $10.95 (0.26–0.35 lb), $12.95 (0.36–0.45 lb), $15.95 (0.46–0.65 lb), $19.95 (0.66–1.00 lb), and $39.95 (1.01 lb and above). Each promotional item is configured at a 0.10 lb shipping weight, so one item is typically $6.95, two items $8.95, and three items $10.95; adding items may increase S&H.
S&H covers international parcel postage, order processing and per-item warehouse pick/pack handling. A $0.00 item is not free shipping or a zero-total order. We disclose material conditions next to promotional offers and do not use S&H to hide the merchandise cost of a free offer. The final total is shown before payment. Any future rate change applies prospectively, not to an accepted order without consent.
3. FULFILLMENT, TIMING AND REFUNDS
Our international fulfillment partner sends orders directly with tracking. Estimated delivery, including processing, is 5–10 business days for all items to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Our Shipping Policy explains delays, affirmative delay consent, cancellation and prompt refunds. Our Refund Policy provides 100% S&H refunds or free replacements at the buyer's choice for covered damaged, defective, lost or materially non-matching items, and a 30-day change-of-mind return process. We remain responsible to you even though a partner fulfills the parcel.
4. PRODUCT ACCURACY AND SAFE USE
Follow product-specific warnings and adult-supervision guidance. Small parts present a choking hazard; not for children under 3. An age label or disclaimer does not substitute for applicable safety obligations. Cart-token compatibility varies by coin-lock design; quarter-lock carts in the U.S. are commonly associated with Aldi, but universal compatibility is not promised.
Some storefront photographs are lifestyle illustrations based on supplier references, not photographs of customer experiences or proof of performance. Product identity, material, dimensions and functions must be accurately described; illustrations do not excuse material differences. We do not use fabricated reactions or reviews.
5. ORDERS AND CORRECTIONS
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may contact you about an error, stock issue or inability to fulfill an order. If we cancel, we promptly refund all amounts paid, including S&H. We will not replace an item, increase the price or add fees without your agreement. An order confirmation is not a waiver of your cancellation/refund rights.
6. REVIEWS AND SITE CONTENT
Only submit content you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your review and grant permission to display it in connection with the reviewed product. Honest negative reviews are permitted. Imported marketplace reviews, if used, must identify their source and must not be presented as purchases from this store or as verified by Judge.me when they are not. A selected testimonial collection is not a representative product-rating sample. No fabricated buyer identities, dates, ratings or endorsements are permitted.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, interfere with security, upload malware, harvest personal information or infringe third-party rights. We may restrict unlawful use, but not retaliate against lawful consumer complaints or reviews.
8. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Applicable statutory warranties, product-liability rules and consumer remedies remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-excludable conduct. This document does not create a blanket $0 liability cap because merchandise is promotional.
9. FLORIDA LAW AND DISPUTES
Applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of Florida govern, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Contact us to seek an informal resolution if you wish; this is not a compulsory waiting period or a waiver of legal remedies. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer venue rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

See the Privacy Policy for data practices. Contact us for help accessing the site or an alternative way to read product information. We may update these Terms for future site use and orders by posting a revised date; changes do not retroactively reduce rights for an existing order.
