INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you browse, order or contact us, we may receive your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, phone number if supplied, order contents, S&H charges, payment status, support messages, reviews, and device/usage information such as IP address, browser, cookies and pages visited. Payment providers handle payment credentials; do not email full card numbers or sensitive identity documents to us. A $0.00 item still requires order information and payment for S&H.

WHY WE USE IT

We use information to operate the storefront and checkout, calculate S&H, process payments, fulfill and track orders, provide support, handle cancellations/refunds, prevent fraud, maintain records and comply with law. Where optional analytics or marketing is enabled, we use the appropriate consent or other lawful basis required in your location. Promotional email is optional and not a condition of receiving an order. Unsubscribe links stop promotional messages; essential order messages may continue.

PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES

Shopify hosts our storefront and processes data for commerce services. Payment providers handle payments. CJdropshipping and delivery partners receive information necessary to fulfill and deliver orders, including recipient name, address and relevant contact details. Review services such as Judge.me, if enabled, process submitted review information and review invitations. Other providers may process information only as disclosed and configured. We may disclose information for legal obligations, protection against fraud, or a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

ACTIVE OPTIONAL TOOLS AND CHOICES

Shopify commerce and checkout analytics help us operate the store, understand storefront performance and complete orders. Shopify Payments processes payment transactions and related fraud-prevention signals. CJdropshipping receives fulfillment details needed to pick, pack and ship your order. When Judge.me product reviews are enabled, Judge.me processes review invitations, submitted ratings and review text. When Meta advertising campaigns are active, the Meta pixel and related advertising measurement tools may receive browsing and conversion events used to measure and improve ads. SMS marketing is not enabled. You can limit optional cookies through your browser settings; where required and technically applicable we honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals. Essential technologies support cart, checkout and security. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, where enabled, may collect browsing or advertising identifiers. If you submit a review, the review text, rating and chosen public display name may be visible publicly. Do not put confidential information into review text. We do not publish your email address as part of a public review. Imported marketplace reviews, if used with permission and a validated product match, are identified as third-party feedback and are not represented as this store's purchases. We do not fabricate verification status.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep information for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, order support, tax/accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and disputes.
